Oyo State Government Launches Recruitment Portal for Primary School Teachers
7,000 Teachers and 100 Caregivers to be Recruited*
Eaglessightnews reports that the Oyo State Government has announced the launch of a recruitment portal for primary school teachers, aimed at filling vacancies in public primary schools across the state.
The portal, which was unveiled by Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran, Chairman of the Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (OYOSUBEB), on Tuesday, will be open for applications from June 25, 2024, to July 9, 2024.
*Application Process*
Interested applicants can visit the portal at (link unavailable) to sign up and submit their applications. The application process is free, and applicants are advised to provide all required information, as failure to do so may disqualify them from taking the computer-based test.
*Recruitment Process*
The recruitment process will consist of three stages:
1. *Online Application*: Applicants will submit their applications through the portal.
2. *Computer-Based Test (CBT)*: Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a CBT examination.
3. *Oral Interview*: Candidates who pass the CBT will be invited for an oral interview.
Eligibility
The recruitment is open to qualified candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience. Applicants are advised to upload all necessary documents, including their National Identification Number (NIN).

– *July 9, 2024*: Portal closes for applications.
