Breaking: Finally ,Court Grants Naomi, Oriyomi, Principal Bail

An Oyo State High Court, presided over by Justice K. B Olawoyin, has granted bail to Olori Naomi Silekunola, Alhaji Oriyomi Hazmat, and Abdulahi Fasasi,

The recent verdict followed a bail application filed by their counsels .

Eagles Sight News reports that the court’s decision came after the trio’s lawyer argued the bail application on January 7. To secure their release, the defendants must meet five conditions, including paying a N10 million bail and providing two sureties who own landed property within the court’s jurisdiction.

Additionally, they must surrender their international passports to the court and refrain from giving interviews while the case is ongoing. Justice Olawoyin’s ruling was delivered at Court 8, sitting at Ring Road, on Monday
