Ibadan, Nigeria – In a grand ceremony today, Chief Wale Kareem was formally installed as the Sanmori Adinni of Ajibode Land, a prestigious title conferred by the Ajibode Oke-ona Central Mosque.

The event drew a diverse array of dignitaries from the political and business spheres, gathered to honor Chief Kareem’s dedication to his faith and community.

In a statement made available to Eaglessightnew Sunday 7th July, 2024 Chief Wale Kareem in his acceptance speech, expressed profound gratitude to the mosque leadership, family, friends, and well-wishers for their unwavering support.

He acknowledged the installation as a testament to his modest contributions to society’s betterment and reaffirmed his commitment to continued community service with renewed vigor.

Chief Kareem further extended special appreciation to notable figures, political juggernauts in attendance, including Hon. Adetokunbo Adeaga, Hon. Olatunde Kehinde, Gsmist general coordinator, Hon. Luqman Abayomi Olajide, and others for their financial, spiritual, and physical support. He also recognized the contributions of the Landlord/Landlady Association of Okeodo Okeodan community, ERCAAN members, St. John’s Alumni, neighbors, political colleagues, and numerous friends and family members.

As he embarked on this new role, Chief Kareem prayed for divine guidance and blessings upon all those who have supported him on his journey. “Jazakullahi Khairan Jazza,” he concluded, expressing his deepest gratitude to God Almighty.
