Nigeria’s sprint sensation, Tobi Amusan, has clinched the silver medal in the women’s 100m hurdles at the Tokyo 2025 World Championships.
Eagles Sight News gathers that , Amusan secured the podium finish after running an impressive 12.29 seconds in the final on Monday. The 28-year-old had earlier advanced in style, winning her semifinal heat the same day.
It will be recalled that Amusan clocked an impressive 12.36 seconds to secure her spot in the final.
In the decisive race, she crossed the line ahead of the Netherlands’ Nadine Visser and Poland’s Pia Skrzyszowska, who placed second and third, respectively.
