A frontline aspirant of Ibadan North Federal Constituency and also a chieftain under the People’s Democratic Party PDP, Oluwaseun Olufade has congratulated the newly crowned Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba (Dr) Olalekan Moshood Balogun on his ascension as the 42nd Olubadan of Ibadan by Oyo State Gov His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde
According to his statement captured by eaglessightnews,
“He commended the Executive Governor of the state, Engr. Seyi Makinde and other stakeholders for towing the path of peace and honour in resolving the perceived crisis surrounding the emergence of the new Olubadan without rancor or infiltration of political interests and to preserve the rich tradition of Ibadanland”.
Further to the statements Mr Oluwaseun Olufade made known to journalists during the coronation ceremony at Mapo, Ibadan.
” I expressed my confidence in the leadership qualities of Olubadan, having a proven track records in all fields.
“I believes that the inputs of Oba (Dr) Lekan Balogun will always complement that of other stakeholders to drive us further towards the attainment of our common goals for Ibadan through the initiation of policies to achieve more Impacts on the people of Ibadan.
” I pray that God grants Oba Olalekan Balogun long, peaceful and prosperous years on the throne.”
