A member of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi Olajide, has congratulated the Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde, on his recognition as Political Personality of the Year by Sun Newspapers, describing the honour as a well-deserved acknowledgement of exemplary leadership and people-centred governance.
Hon. Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi Olajide, who represents Ibadan North Constituency I at the Oyo State House of Assembly and serves as the Chairperson, House Committee on Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, said the award reflects Governor Makinde’s unwavering commitment to inclusive development, transparency, and good governance.
In a statement issued through her media team, the lawmaker noted that Governor Makinde’s administration has continued to record remarkable strides in infrastructure development, economic growth, social welfare, and the empowerment of women and vulnerable groups across the state.
