He described the project as a model for meaningful reform, emphasizing that government must prepare, consult, and provide solutions before imposing restrictions. According to the newsletter, the governor stressed that his administration remains committed to planning before acting and delivering before demanding compliance, a standard he said the people of Oyo State deserve.
