Ibadan Blast : Ibadan North, First Female House Leader, Commiserates With Victims , Commends Makinde Intervention

The first female house leader of Ibadan North Local Government,Hon Yinka Balogun has Commiserated the victims of Tuesday explosion that occured in Oyelele Close ,Area of Bodija. Ibadan.

Balogun also commended Governor Makinde’s quick intervention over the tragic incident.

According to a statement made available to Eaglessightnews after visiting the scene., Balogun described the incident as tragic and shocking .

Recall that Eaglessightnews in breaking news updated that Governor Makinde after deploying security and medical personnels had also visited the scene to express his concern and further disclosed some measures to cushion the situation.

Our medium also reported that as at pressing time “Nothing less than two people were confirmed dead while 77 others sustained severe injuries.”-Governor Makinde stated

Eaglessightnews understands that the scene where the catastrophic incident occured is Ward 10  under Ibadan North Local Government area which the house leader represents.

Hon Yinka Balogun further prayed that Almighty God grants the lives lost eternal rest , prayed for quick recovery of those in hospital and for God’s protection to rest on the state and Nigeria as a whole.
