TESCOM/SUBEB Appointments:Hon Biiro Pens Gov Makinde, Hails Fingerprints in Education & Job Creation
Hon. Waheed Akanbi Biiro Commends Gov. Seyi Makinde on TESCOM and SUBEB Appointments
Former Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government and aspirant for the Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Waheed Akanbi Biiro has written a commendation note to Governor Seyi Makinde over recent teachers’ appointments .
Hon Biiro in the commendation categorically extolled Governor for fulfillment of promise on education and job creation. The former chairman applauded Makinde’s fingerprints in ensuring the reality and transparency of the recent appointments into the Oyo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) and the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
According to Biiro:
“Your Excellency sir,my leader and the lover of the masses .Your recent achievement on education is a significant step towards enhancing the quality of education in Oyo State. Without mincing of words , your fulfillment of election promises is a proof that you are a man who fears God and prioritizes the well-being of the masses in Oyo State”
In the commendation note made available to Eagles’s Sights News, Hon. Biiro also described the appointments as a significant step towards achieving United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) standards in education, emphasizing that this move will greatly enhance the quality of education in Oyo State.
“Your Excellency sir, the appointment of qualified teachers and educators into TESCOM and SUBEB is a bold step towards addressing the shortage of teachers in our public schools, It is an impeccable move towards achieving United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) standards in education. Indeed , Oyo State Residents are fortunate to have the God sent Governor.
Biiro emphasized that this move will greatly enhance the quality of education in Oyo State. The former Chairman pointed that the appointments will not only boost Oyo State’s education sector but also provide job opportunities for many, thereby reducing the lack of employment in the state.
