Tragedy Strikes In Ibadan as Comfort Tinubu Stabs Husband to Death Over Night Argument (Photo)
A 33-year-old housewife, Comfort Tinubu, has allegedly stabbed her 39-year-old husband, Olusegun Tinubu, to death during a misunderstanding in Ibadan,the capital of Oyo State.
The couple got married three years ago and lived at Gbeyi in Adegbayi area of Ibadan.
The marriage is blessed with two children.
Sources said that Comfort and Olusegun Tinubu started argument around 10. 00 p.m. on Wednesday.
She was said to have locked the husband out of their bedroom.
“This resulted in a fight during which the wife stabbing the husband on the back,” a source alleged
SP Adewale Osifeso, spokesperson for the police in Oyo State confirmed that the mother of two stabbed her husband to death Nigeria on Friday in Ibadan.
According to the police spokesperson investigation was ongoing in the case.
“The case is under investigation at the Homicide Section of the State Criminal Investigation Department.
“Updates will be provided accordingly,” Osifeso said.
He said that the alleged murder was initially reported at Gbagi Police Station.
