Eagle’s Sight News reports  that  Executive Governor of  Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde has appointed his chief of staff, Segun Ogunwuyi as chairman of transition and inauguration committee.

The governor according to source   equally appointed his special assistant on special duties, Lolade Ajibola as the secretary of the committee.

The inauguration was imperative to ensure that the machinery of government continued to roll smoothly.

The committee which will coordinate the activities for the inauguration of the governor on may 29, 2023, was equally organised to maintain stability, build on solid status of the state and ensure seamless transition into Omitutun 2.0 of the Governor re-elect, Seyi Makinde and his deputy, Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal.

The Special Assistant to the Governor on Special Duties, Ms Ololade Ajibola, will serve as the secretary of the committee.

Other members of the committee are commissioners, aides and other top government functionaries which include, Hon. Simeon Oyeleke, Adeniyi Farinto and Mujeed Mogbonjubola.

Others are the PDP chairman in the state, Dayo Ogungbenro, Ademola Ojo, Toyin Balogun, Wasiu Olatubosun  Fatai Owoseni, Wasiu Adeleke, Siju Lawal, Akinola Ojo, Prof. Abduwaheed Soliu and Nureni Alabi.
