Just In: Ex-Oyo Gov, Ladoja Loses Wife

Tinuade Ladoja, wife of former Oyo State Governor and Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Rashidi Ladoja, has passed away at 71.

She died Monday morning after a brief illness, media aide to the former governor Adeola Oloko confirmed the incident.

“Yes, it is confirmed. She is dead. May God repose her soul,” Oloko said.

A respected member of the Celestial Church of Christ’s Pastor-in-Council, Tinuade’s demise was also announced by CCC Ikeja Parish 1 Cathedral on Facebook:

“It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. We submit to His will. #farewell.”
