100 Days In Office: Makinde Has Changed The Narrative – Oyo Assembly Lawmaker Comforter Says
Oyo Assembly Lawmaker Representing Ibadan North Constituency1, Hon(Dr) Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi Olajide has stated that the Makinde administration in the past 100days has changed the narrative of the second term’s administration experience from politicians.

The lawmaker stated this while felicitating Makinde’s 100-day office assumption in a statement made available to Journalists Wednesday, a copy forwarded to eaglessightnews.com.ng.
Eaglesssightnews reports that Governor Seyi Makinde’s second administration designated as Omituntun 2.0 which hit the first 100days in office, on September 6, has received huge commendations from dignitaries and the residents in Oyo residents.

Comforter explained that people’s perception, experience, and assumption about second term ambition of politicians has been “a time to siphon the treasury and suffer the masses’ but Makinde has changed the narrative via his exceptional performances in his first 100 days in office.
Hon Comforter who doubles as the Chairman of Women Affairs and Community Development while speaking on Governor Makinde’s administration, hailed the governor for keeping to promise on women’s inclusion, adding that Makinde’s 100days in office has shown that he is a lover of all inrespective of the gender.
Speaking further, the lawmaker while pointing to some of the key achievements of the Governor in the Omituntun 2.0′ Sustainable development for the past 100 days after the Governor assumed office, extolled Makinde and described his performances as top-notch!
Comforter while Commending the Governor on a job well done, highlighted Makinde’s fingerprints on infrastructures, including the 34.85 kilometers of Oyo-Iseyin Road, a federal Road that will be commissioned by Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo on September 15. The lawmaker also eulogized the 76.7km Ogbomoso-Fapote-Iseyin-Road and 8.3 kilometers Ojurin-Olorunda Abaa Road, which is a continuation of Akobo-Odogbo-Barracks-Ojurin-Road that was fixed under Makinde’s first term among others.
On the Safer Programmes flagged off by Governor Makinde some days ago, Comforter while commending the Governor explained that testimonies from the residents of Ibadan North and the people of Oyo state as a whole have proven that the Safer project are timely and has indeed mitigated the effects of subsidy removal on the masses in Oyo, adding that the Safer Programme is an all-inclusive project.
The Lawmaker while praying for the governor for wisdom and grace to finish well and strong, charged the residents of Oyo State not to relent from giving Governor Makinde maximum support, adding that the Governor has set the pace and has indeed proven to be the lover of the masses.
